Use | Methyl decanoate is a large methyl ester and is considered a substitute for unsaturated biodiesel fuel. It can also be used as seasoning and spice ingredients. Methyl decanoate is used as an intermediate for caproic acid, detergent, emulsifier, wetting agent, stabilizer, resin, lubricant, plasticizer and perfume. Used as a chemical intermediate for alkanolamides, fatty alcohols and fatty acids. Used for surfactants and fragrances. |
